Hi, I’m Kelly

I’m half practical, half spiritual. I take having fun seriously! I equally love and hate rules. I am very playful, but also quite disciplined. I have had a lot of loss and suffering in my life that struggled through, but mostly it has brought me wisdom, gratitude, empathy, and transformation. Very few things in my life have “worked out” how I thought, and I’ve learned to really appreciate that. I believe that we often learn best through contrast; and by accepting all of the parts of our life, we can turn it into a work of art.

I’m an imperfect, paradoxical human navigating the ups and downs of life, just like you. I’ve learned about and experimented with just about every tool in the toolbox in order to build a life where I feel alive, whole, and connected to joy.

One thing I’ve learned for sure is that only you can do the work, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I specialize in helping both teens and adults become more actively engaged in their own growth process whether that start with the mind, body, or spirit. My mission is to help people experience how empowering it is to take ownership of their own well-being and sense of aliveness.

Whether it be in a yoga class, individual coaching session, acro yoga workshop or wellness retreat; I aim to teach mindfulness in a fun, heart-felt and practical way.
